Shoperies is a Redmond-based ethnic grocery store, happy to bring these fruits each year for the last 10 years. Mango season brings nostalgia and happiness with so many varieties to enjoy!

Standard Matcha is rooted in simplicity and intention. We offer handcrafted wagashi and ichigo daifuku, made in small batches in a licensed commissary kitchen. As a pop-up, we aim to create a moment to slow down and experience authentic Japanese sweets.

🍞 Yusumi Bakery

Yusumi Bakery is a small-batch bakery crafting fresh salt bread in a variety of delicious flavors. Originating in Japan as “shio pan” (塩パン), this delicious snack began trending in Korea, where it became known as “salt bread”. In comparison to the croissant, salt bread is made with a butter block that melts into the dough, creating a crispy, fried buttery bottom, while the interior stays soft and creates the perfect space for delicious fillings.
