“Pacific Salt & Cure isn’t just a charcuterie gift box — it’s a thoughtfully curated experience rooted in place, design, and storytelling.
We source from Pacific Northwest producers because we believe food carries geography, craftsmanship, and community within it. Each box reflects the region’s character — bold flavors, small-batch makers, and intentional sourcing.
What makes us different is that we’re not a large food corporation — we’re a University of Washington student-founded startup built from the ground up in an entrepreneurship classroom. We started Pacific Salt & Cure because we saw gifting as something that should feel personal, elevated, and design-forward — not mass-produced or impersonal.
As student founders, we obsess over the details: the wooden board proportions, the black wrapping paper, the label typography, the balance of salami folds and cheese cuts. It’s not just about food — it’s about presentation, ritual, and the moment of unboxing.
We created Pacific Salt & Cure to bring people together — for celebrations, thank-yous, corporate gifts, or quiet evenings at home. Every box is assembled with intention, reflecting both our Pacific Northwest roots and our belief that beautiful food creates meaningful connection.”
