Visit the 9T lobby for a free snack from South Seattle cafe, Umami Kushi. In Japan, okazu pans are known as small grab and go bread that consists of a savory filling, the most popular being curry beef. Fillings are made from scratch using culinary techniques derived from Chef Harold’s experience cooking in Japan. Every pan is handmade and cooked to perfection.
Line up early & pick from 4 delicious flavors (including vegan/vegetarian options), sponsored by 9th & Thomas. Limit 1 treat per person. First come, first served.

For the month of December, 9th & Thomas is proud to partner with Food Lifeline to help ensure our neighbors have access to nutritious meals. Join us in raising funds for local food banks, shelters & meal programs in Western WA. Your support makes a difference for community members facing added challenges during this holiday season.
